Grown in the central Shizuoka province, Sencha is the most beloved and most popular tea of Japan. The first tender leaves are harvested by hand in early summer and are steamed, twisted and dried, resulting in a delicate and refreshing tea.
Recommended Brewing Instructions: Water 180°F / 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces / Infusion Time: 4–5 minutes
