Or try the following preparation for a more traditional Chai:
Mix 2 tbsp of Chocolate Chai with 1 cup water and 1 cup milk in a saucepan. Bring to a light boil then reduce the heat to your stoves lowest setting and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 1-3 tbsp of sugar, honey or agave nectar (optional for a sweeter chai). Strain into a mug or pitcher and enjoy hot or over ice.
