Japanese steamed green tea with toasted brown rice
Japanese steamed green tea blended with puffed rice is a traditional favorite in Japan and Korea. It has a smooth and golden infusion with a toasty aroma and nutty flavor.
This blend was developed hundreds of years ago by Zen monks who mixed green tea with the browned rice stuck to the bottom of their cauldrons.
