Described as "heavenly" by customers, this moon milk can produce a pleasant and relaxed mood and improved sleep. It may also enhance libido and lucid dreaming.
Blended with Shatavari Root, Blue Lotus Flower, Butterfly Pea Flower, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Vanilla Bean and Lavender.
Instructions: Take 1 teaspoon of powder and stir or whisk into 6-8 ounces of milk of your choice, gently heat in a sauce pot. Sweeten to taste.
