Herbal Spice Blends
A classic French blend used to flavor grilled foods such as fish and meat, as well as vegetable stews and pasta. Can be added to foods before or during cooking. This blend also makes a great infusion for cooking oils. Infuse in your favorite oil for a couple hours, strain and use in cooking to enhance the flavor of meals.
