Join Marea for the first class of this dynamic series as we begin to explore how to incorporate herbs into our daily lives In this class we will learn about commonly known and well-loved herbs that grow all around us, including dandelions, nettles and wild oats. We'll also explore how your spice rack can become your medicine cabinet. Each student will learn how to blend these herbs into their everyday lives, and welcome the wonderful world of herbal nutrition and medicine.

Marea has been exploring and studying the wonderful world of herbal plant medicine for much of her adult life. She has been a Community Herbalist with Humboldt Herbals for the past 5 years. In 2007 she graduated from the California College of Ayurveda as a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and has maintained a private practice. She loves to guide people on the healing journey that the plants and the practices of Ayurveda can offer.
