Yucca schidigera- Wildcrafted
Anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic, laxative, alterative. Its principal and most outstanding traditional use is for the relief and treatment of arthritic and rheumatic pains. Boil a 1/4 oz of dried root in a pint of water for 15 min and take in three to four doses throughout the day. Good combined with ginger and/or prickly ash.
