For digestive support, Sweet Orange is one of the best essential oils with its composition of over 95% limonene. Use it for house cleaning, food flavoring, antioxidant effects and sleep. Sweet Orange essential oil is made by cold pressing the rind of the nearly ripe fruit.
Common Uses: For digestive support, mix one drop Sweet Orange and one drop Fennel essential oil with a bit of lotion, then massage onto the abdomen. Sweet Orange can also be added to diffusers, household cleaners and room sprays.
