About: Distilled from the aerial parts of the Fennel herb, Fennel essential oil has a sweet, herbaceous scent with notes of licorice. Do not use if pregnant or with children under five. Fennel should always be diluted below 5%.
Common Uses: Combined with a carrier oil at a 5% dilution or less, Fennel essential oil can be massaged on the belly to promote digestive health. It can also be added to massage oils to support muscles and joints. For dental health, Fennel is added to toothpastes, tooth powders and mouthwash. Fennel essential oil may be diffused, but only infrequently and in small amounts.
